Knowledgeable and Friendly Staff

I recently purchased a used (not certified) E-400 sight unseen from Mercedes-Benz Peterborough. I live in Victoria BC and had been searching for this particular vehicle. I had never done a remote car purchase and was quite trepidatious, but my sales consultant, Peter Szaniawski, provided me with all the information, answers, and assistance I needed to be able to comfortably purchase without making the trip across the country. He even facilitated a 3rd party inspection for my peace of mind. Peter organized cross-country shipping and the vehicle was delivered to my door in even better condition than I expected. All of our communications and negotiations were easy and Peter was always available and responsive. I have had dealings with quite a few other Mercedes Dealerships and I can say this purchase, which should have been challenging and complicated, was instead one of the best experiences I've had with Mercedes.
